The New Oakland Child-Adolescent and Family Center provides a wide array of mental health services to children, adolescents and families living in Macomb, Oakland, Wayne, Livingston, Genesee and Washtenaw counties. We serve children and teens that are behaviorally and emotionally impaired,as well as those that have been neglected, abused, abandoned, medically fragile or multiple handicapped.
