Kevin Sendi, JD, MBA
Executive Vice-President in Charge of Operations
Mr. Sendi currently serves as the Executive Vice-President in Charge of Operations for all New Oakand facilities. As operations manager, Kevin has been successful in the growth and development of the FACE to FACE Crisis Intervention and Day Treatment Program.
In addition to expanding the clinic's operations into the tri-county area, Kevin has also successfully obtained psychiatric partial hospital state licensing for the FACE to FACE program from the state of Michigan.
His current responsibilities include co-designing and implementing Business Planning, increasing the Company's market share, supervision of the administrative staff, fostering the development of managers, quality control, and full responsibilities over financial management.
Kevin received his joint degree in law and business from Wayne Sate University with his undergraduate degree in Marketing from Michigan State University.
Martha Adair, MA, LLP
Director of Marketing and Business Development
Ms. Adair currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Business Development for all New Oakland facilities. Her primary responsibilities include ensuring growth through effective marketing campaigns, and management of all business development engagements. Additionally, Ms. Adair provides full clinical support and supervision for the Clinton Township facility.
Martha received her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the University of Detroit. She has worked in various psychiatric inpatient, outpatient and day treatment settings.
Martha also has an extensive background in managed care clinical operations, as she was previously Clinical Operations Manager of Value Options Managed Care System.
Kimberly Smith, LMSW, CRCC
Director of Pharmaceutical Research
Mrs. Smith currently serves as the Director of Pharmaceutical Research for all New Oakland facilities. Her primary responsibility is the overall management of the Pharmaceutical Research division of New Oakland.
Additionally, Mrs. Smith provides full clinical support and supervision for the Clinton Township facility and also heads up the office of Recipient Rights at New Oakland Child Adolescent and Family Center. Kimberly received her Masters in Social Work from Wayne State University.
She has worked over 20 years in the mental health field. Presently, Kimberly is coordinating Adult and Pediatric CNS Clinical Trails for a number of pharmaceutical companies and has been for the last ten years.
Michele Bernard, RN
Director of Nursing
Ms. Bernard currently serves as the Director of Nursing for all New Oakland Facilities. Ms. Bernard provides full clinical nursing management and supervision across all of New Oakland.
Additionally, Ms. Bernard provides full clinical support and supervision for the Davisburg facility She received her degree in nursing from Oakland Community College in Union Lake.
Michele has worked for nearly 10 years in the mental health field and brings with her a wealth of clinical knowledge and experience having additionally worked in various hospital, home health, and physician offices.
Pamela Baskel
Human Resource Administrator
Mrs. Baskel currently serves as the Human Resource Administrator for all New Oakland Facilities. Her primary responsibility is the health and welfare of the all personnel at New Oakland.
In addition, she is responsible for the Company's full compliance with state agencies such as the Department of Labor and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Additionally, Mrs. Baskel provides full administrative support to the President and Executive Vice-President in Charge of Operations.
Pamela has worked for nearly 10 years in the mental health field and brings with her a wealth of human resource knowledge and experience.
Lisa Kalinski, MA, LPC
Director of Outpatient and FACE to FACE PHP Services, Livonia Center
Mrs. Kalinski currently serves as the Director of Outpatient and FACE to FACE Services for the Livonia Center. Her primary responsibilities include managing the day to day operations of the FACE to FACE Program at the Livonia Center.
Additionally, Mrs. Kalinski provides full clinical support and supervision overseeing all outpatient clinicians at the Livonia Center. Lisa received her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Oakland University.
Prior to joining New Oakland, Lisa has worked in various outpatient treatment settings. Over the past several years, Lisa has also served as a primary FACE to FACE therapist at the Livonia Center prior to Directorship appointment.
Kelly Molitor, MA, LPC
Clinical/Administrative Supervisor, Center Line Center
Ms. Molitor currently serves as the Clinical & Administrative Supervisor for the Center Line Center. Her primary responsibilities include managing the day to day operations of the Center Line Center.
Additionally, Ms. Molitor provides full clinical support and supervision overseeing all outpatient clinicians at the Center Line Center. Kelly received her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Oakland University.
Prior to becoming the Center Line Supervisor, Kelly has worked in various roles throughout New Oakland. Most recently, Kelly served as a primary FACE to FACE therapist at the Livonia Center prior to her Supervisory appointment.
