INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT
The New Oakland Child-Adolescent and
Family Center FACE to FACE Intensive Outpatient Program
(IOP) focuses on children, adolescents and adults with emotional,
behavioral,
and chemical abuse problems. If you or a loved one are having difficulties
then New Oakland and FACE to FACE can help. Our IOP provides comprehensive
family centered programs to prevent and repair problems that arise. New Oakland
utilizes individual, group and family therapy to provide structured, yet
individualized
treatment, to help children, adolescents and adults effectively deal with
crisis, depression and conflict through acquiring social
and interpersonal skills,
communication skills, negotiation skills and conflict resolution skills.
Participants, through staff, in the FACE to FACE Day Treatment
Program meet five times a week, six hours a day. Participants
in the FACE to FACE IOP Program meet three to five times
a week for a group therapy session and three to five times
a week for an individual session.
